How to use Ourtoga platform

When you begin, you open an individual account in Ourtoga. Then, you can do many things, such as registering in any programs listed in our system as participant or conduct various roles for programs that assign you and build your education career. You can choose to  open EITHER a Certification Body or Training Provider. To ensure impartiality, you CANNOT open BOTH Certification Body and Training Provider in one account.

Can I open BOTH a Certification Body and Training Provider?

No. You can ONLY choose between opening a Certification Body and Training Provider. That is because both organizations have different functionalities and the separation is required to maintain impartiality especially when facing certain accreditations. However, you can always open another account simply by using different email address.

What is the privilege as individual account user?

Individual account may do the following:

- Build your personal credential

- Register to a certification or training program conducted by an organization.

- Open a certification body or a training provider organization

- Open programs and event under the organization account

- Become management for a program or conduct various assignments for an organization.
